Keeping Up with the DMA
Besides fines and restrictions on what gatekeepers can do, IMHO, regulators and lawmakers need to create a landscape to encourage new competitors and startups.
Over time, fines become just the cost of doing business. Restrictions become red tapes. And only big companies can afford the high cost and red tapes, and they become even more entrenched.
