Infinite Scrolls of 'Content'
I use my iPhone to say 'good morning' to my family if I don't get to see them in person. I use my iPhone to listen to audiobooks, podcasts, and music. I read newspapers, magazines, and blogs on my iPhone. Oh, and I do play a game or two on my iPhone too, just to maintain my streaks.
Personally, getting rid of my iPhone will not improve my life, I don't think. Not having any apps on my iPhone that give you infinite scrolls of 'content' probably helped to not my life worse.
