Expressing Taste Through Lists
Making lists and ranking stuff; what's more 'engaging' than to enrage people by not having their favorite stuff ranked higher than their less favorites, and what's more 'easier' in content-creation by just putting one item after another?
My favorite list, on the other hand, is sorely missed: David Letterman's Top Ten list.
